Princess Beatrice got married today at a little chapel in Windsor. She married Count Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. It was a small, intimate affair with just the family in attendance. She wore the same tiara Queen Elizabeth wore when she married Prince Phillip, which I thought was quite lovely.
We didn’t seem to hear much about it on the news, unlike the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Or William and Kate.
Perhaps it’s because Beatrice is “just” the daughter of Prince Andrew. He is Prince Charles’ (our next King) younger brother. He’s also out of the public spotlight these days because of his infamous friendship with Jeffery Epstein. Enough about him.
It can get a bit tricky keeping up with the Royal family, after all, they are a large, very extended, family!
But one thing we can all agree on, a Royal wedding is always a beautiful sight to behold. Congratulations to the happy couple.
