It’s been an unusual year (didn’t we say that in 2020?) for this Tallahassee bed and breakfast. We are grateful to be still in business, about to enter our 19th year, having seen so many small businesses (and large global corporations) close their doors in the last 18 months.
Lovely folks like yourselves write comments in our rooms – and we LOVE reading them! We try to make every guest, every night, abundantly pleased with their choice to stay at the Little English Guesthouse. We know every guest could choose a chain hotel in Tallahassee. Or a dubious Airmattress place. Or a “vacation rental” that is not in a vacation location, just a regular city. And so on and so forth.
So when guests choose a real bed and breakfast, and ours in particular, it makes us oh, so happy! It makes us even happier to read a little note to see that we’ve done a great job, and taken care of all the details so that our guests can just relax and take a little break.
In these trying times, Covid inconveniences, cancellations of well-thought out plans, labor shortages/scarcity, supply chain challenges … the list goes on. Most businesses are doing the best they can with what they have. We appreciate it when folks take a minute to notice it.
So thank you, thank you very much!
Come and see us when you’re headed to Tallahassee, Florida’s Capital.
